Employment Pass (EP)
Target Group: Foreign professionals, managers, and executives.
Requirements: Must hold a managerial, executive, or professional position. Minimum monthly salary: SGD 6,200 (financial services), SGD 5,600 (other industries). Higher thresholds apply for candidates aged 45 and above. Must achieve at least 40 points under the COMPASS framework, or qualify under exemption with salary ≥ SGD 22,500. Requires recognized educational or professional qualifications.
S Pass (SP)
Target Group: Mid-skilled foreign employees.
Requirements: Degree, diploma, or technical certificate required. Minimum monthly salary: SGD 3,800 (financial services; ≥ SGD 5,650 if aged 45+), SGD 3,300 (other industries; ≥ SGD 4,800 if aged 45+).
Work Permit (WP)
Target Group: Low- to semi-skilled workers in construction, manufacturing, marine shipyard, process, or service sectors.
Requirements: New applicants must be ≤ 61 years old (effective July 1, 2025). Existing holders may work until 63.
Dependant’s Pass (DP)
Target Group: Spouse and unmarried children (below 21) of EP, EntrePass, or ONE Pass holders.
Requirements: Main pass holder must earn ≥ SGD 6,000 monthly and hold an EP/EntrePass/ONE Pass. Children are eligible for public school admission. Validity tied to the main pass, up to 3 years. Eligible for public healthcare and partial insurance coverage.
Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP)
Target Group: Family members of Singapore Citizens/PRs, recent graduates from approved local institutions, or parents of EP/EntrePass holders.
Requirements: Sponsor must earn ≥ SGD 12,000 monthly.
Student’s Pass
Target Group: Foreign students admitted to full-time courses in EduTrust-certified private or public institutions.
Requirements: Valid passport, admission letter, proof of tuition & living expenses for the first year, and vaccination records (children under 12 require HPB clearance).
ONE Pass
Target Group: Senior executives, top researchers, entrepreneurs, and exceptional talent in arts/sports.
Requirements: Monthly salary ≥ SGD 30,000; OR executive role in a company with market cap ≥ USD 500m or annual revenue ≥ USD 200m; OR outstanding talent in culture, sports, or research.
Benefits: Flexible employment across multiple employers; valid for 5 years (initial and renewal); eligible for DP/LTVP family passes; prioritized PR application.
Personalized Employment Pass (PEP)
Target Group: High-income EP holders or overseas professionals earning > SGD 22,500/month.
Requirements: Not tied to a specific employer; however, cannot be a shareholder/director of other companies.
