Mr. Ng Fook Ai Victor has more than 30 years of board-level management experience and has served as an independent director of multiple listed companies in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. He is highly experienced in corporate governance, cross-border market operations, and regulatory compliance. He is currently the Chairman of Healthbank Holdings Limited and Quantum Healthcare Limited, and an Independent Director of The Place Holdings Limited (all listed on the SGX Mainboard), as well as an Independent Director of Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd., listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Previously, Mr. Ng served as an Independent Director of several SGX-listed companies, including Asia Power Corporation Limited, Memories Group Limited, and SB REIT Management Pte Ltd (manager of Soilbuild Business Space REIT). He also held similar positions at Devotion Energy Group Limited and M.Y.E.G. Services Berhad, a Bursa Malaysia-listed company. Mr. David Tan has more than 20 years of leadership experience across the mechanical, electrical, energy, and technology sectors. He previously served as a senior executive at EM Services, a subsidiary of Singapore’s Housing & Development Board (HDB), where he oversaw large-scale public infrastructure and facility management projects, building strong expertise in project delivery and public–private collaboration.
He later held senior roles as General Manager of a listed company and CEO of a biotechnology firm. He is now the COO of an energy technology company, where he focuses on strategy execution, organizational transformation, and business performance enhancement.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He is recognized for his strengths in bid and contract management, risk control, and scaling businesses from proof-of-concept (POC) to commercialization. At IVYE GROUP, he contributes his expertise in technology-driven strategy, market development, and long-term enterprise growth.

Dr. Xu Dimin has dedicated more than 30 years to advancing cultural, business, and educational exchanges between China and Japan. He holds a Master’s degree from Tokyo Gakugei University and a Ph.D. in Sociology from Keio University, and he was also a visiting researcher at the University of Tokyo. He is currently Director of Institute of Integrated Development of Yangtze River Delta Region at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, while also serving as a research fellow at Fudan University and Beijing International Studies University.
Dr. Xu previously served as Chief Representative of Japan at Expo Shanghai, Senior Research Fellow at the Counsellors’ Office of the State Council of PRC, and Independent Director of Mizuho Bank (China). He has played a pivotal role in supporting the entry and localization of leading Japanese corporations in China, including Shiseido, Panasonic, Sony, and Mori Building.
Beyond academia and corporate advisory, Dr. Xu has been deeply engaged in cultural and media sectors. He is President of the Japan–Asia Friendship Association, Editor-in-Chief of Ai Hua Magazine, and oversees the Japan edition of Xinmin Evening News. In recognition of his long-standing contributions to fostering bilateral friendship, he received the Foreign Minister’s Commendation from the Government of Japan in 2022.

Mr. Peng Jia Rong is a seasoned advisor specializing in cross-border asset management and family wealth strategies. He is a registered financial representative with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and a core member of the Global Family Office network under the Wealth Management Institute (WMI). He holds a Master’s degree in Asset and Wealth Management from Nanyang Technological University. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and several Chinese dialects, Mr. Peng excels in cross-cultural resource integration and regional strategic planning.
He has extensive practical experience in industrial real estate acquisitions, cross-border manufacturing relocation, real estate asset restructuring, and REIT spin-offs. Over the years, he has led numerous projects for high-net-worth families and corporations, designing investment and asset enhancement strategies that connect Chinese capital with Southeast Asian execution capabilities — balancing growth opportunities with prudent risk management.
As a committee member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) and alumnus of the Business China Advanced Leaders Programme (ALP), Mr. Peng actively engages in bilateral business and government networks between China and Singapore. He actively tracks trends in digital economy, green finance, and regional supply chain shifts, consistently helping clients identify strategic opportunities amid industry transformation. He is widely recognized as a strategic advisor in the field of industrial globalization and cross-border deployment.

Mr. Leo Peng has more than 22 years of professional experience in capital markets, investment banking, and corporate finance advisory. He began his career at Hong Leong Bank Singapore and later worked in the investment banking division of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Securities. His expertise covers capital structuring, cross-border financing, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
He possesses deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, listing processes, and capital market mechanisms across major financial hubs, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, and Australia. He is highly regarded for his ability to navigate complex transactions and compliance requirements, offering strategic advice to enterprises pursuing international capital market access. Throughout his career, Leo has served as an external financial advisor to numerous well-known companies, providing strategic planning, fundraising execution, and overseas listing support. He has successfully guided multiple Chinese enterprises in entering global capital markets, particularly in Singapore, Hong Kong, the U.S., and Australia. He is currently the controlling shareholder and Executive Director of a Singapore-listed company, where he continues to focus on cross-border capital integration and long-term corporate value creation.
